Major void refurbishment including two storey extension
On behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and PiLON (main contractor) was appointed to refurbish one of its major dwelling remodelling which included the construction of a two Storey Side Extension. A second single storey extension to the rear of the property was constructed to provide the property with a light and spacious open plan living environment.
The project took 4 months to complete and our worked included: extension, flooring, plumbing, electrical, groundwork, general building work, fake walls, painting.
