Full refurbishment including build a new loft conversion and side extension

In 2017, we started a large conversion, renovation and extension project for our brilliant clients in South London. Peter and Darryl, our client, was very specific on what they wanted and how they wanted things done.

After the initial design phase, our build team got stuck in to remodelling and refurbishing this Victorian terraced house. We converted the loft adding 2 large dormer roof and 2 bathrooms. On the floor below, we’ve strip out all the internal walls and we remodelled the inside layout, rebuild new 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the ground floor, we remodelled the inside layout and added a large side extension with a glass roof running the length of the house.

Peter and Darryl wanted to incorporate modern amenities with classical features including traditional patterned tiles and beautiful wrought iron supports for the roof window. We also love some of the smaller features, such as the tiled nook in the bathroom behind the sink and the Victorian cornicing that was maintained in places downstairs. We hope you will agree it’s a gem!

The project took 6 months to complete and our worked included: loft conversion, flooring, plumbing, electrical, groundwork, general building work, side extension build, fake walls, painting, garden make over, heating. And because our work looked amazing, a neighbour hired us to create a similar project from him, just down the street.
