Togheter with the main contractor, Pilon Ltd., we have been part of the cladding of the building situated on 2&5 Mortimer Street. We have use PVC exterios wall cladding which is one of the fastest growing home improvement products. We used Freefoam cladding to give the outside of the building a stunning makeover.
The Freefoam cladding is suitable for a huge variety of projects from single outside feature walls and dormer and loft elevations to whole house installations and garden buildings. It is available in a wide range of subtle colours from Pale Cream and Blue to darker shades of Brown, Black and Grey.

External wall insulation
External wall insulation involves fixing a layer of insulation material to the wall, then covering it with a cladding.
The advantages of external wall insulation using cladding: - can be applied without disruption to the household; - does not reduce the floor area of your home; - renews the appearance of outer walls; - improves weatherproofing and sound resistance; - fills cracks and gaps in the brickwork, which will reduce draughts; - increases the lifespan of your walls by protecting the brickwork; - reduces condensation on internal walls and can help prevent damp (but will not solve rising or penetration damp).
In some instances, you may need planning permission - check with your local council. You will require good access to the outer walls and it is not recommended if the outer walls are structurally unsound and cannot be repaired.
